The Role:
You will be responsible for the efficient and friendly operation of the front of house, supervision of the salon team while coordinating the clients visit to the salons in a warm and professional manner.
Our ideal candidate will:
- Be passionate about delivering excellence in all aspects of the role
- Have high standards in relation to being the first point of contact and the first impression of the salon for new and existing clients
- Strive to ensure that our clients receive a consistently excellent service during every visit
- Be a confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills with clients and team alike
- Take pride in their appearance and presentation appropriate for Front of House in a salon
- Have cash management experience
- Be actively involved in achieving and motivating the team on reaching and exceeding salon targets
- Have a genuine interest in business goals and the beauty/fashion industry
- Demonstrate strong sales skills and an interest in our retail products
- Thrive on working under pressure
- Be computer literate
