Your Duties

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of our client’s business by attracting and hiring exceptional people who will help drive its success.

Acting as both a strategist and a storyteller, you’ll ensure every stage of the recruitment journey reflects the organisation’s values and delivers a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers alike.

You’ll take the lead on end-to-end recruitment, from understanding hiring needs and managing campaigns to co-ordinating smooth onboarding experiences that help new starters feel right at home.

Additionally, they will:

- Build strong talent pipelines
- Use data-driven insights to refine and improve how the business hires
- Champion the employer brand across platforms, events, and networks
- Deliver a positive, people-first candidate experience from application to offer

About You

To be considered as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will need:

- Experience using ATS and recruitment technology
- Knowledge of UK employment law and inclusive hiring practices
- Excellent sourcing and headhunting abilities using platforms like LinkedIn
- Great communication skills and a flair for attracting talent to the business
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills
