Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively source candidates through platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards, and other creative channels

• Screen and assess candidates to match role requirements and company culture

• Collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective sourcing strategies

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for select roles, from sourcing to offer stage

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data in our applicant tracking system (SuccessFactors)

• Ensure an excellent candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the hiring process

• Support with pipeline building and talent mapping for future hiring needs

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Consultant with a strong focus on active sourcing, ideally gained in an international and fast-paced environment

• Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques and tools (LinkedIn Recruiter and others)

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

• Fluent in English (mandatory); German is a big plus

• Experience with SuccessFactors or similar applicant tracking systems is an advantage

• Hands-on, dynamic, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, global environment

• Results-driven, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under pressure

• Experience and network in recruiting procurement and/or consulting professionals is a strong plus
