Job Title:Senior Talent Acquisition Partner
Reports to:Head of Recruitment
Location:London office based (with regular site visits)
Restaurants Supported:Bacchanalia,Scott’s Mayfair,J Sheekey,and Balthazar
About the Role:
We’re looking for an experienced and driven Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join our dynamic recruitment team at Caprice Holdings. This pivotal role will lead hiring for some of our most iconic restaurants,partnering closely with General Managers and senior stakeholders to attract top-tier talent in a high-volume,fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end recruitment process for front and back-of-house roles across Bacchanalia,Scott’s Mayfair,J Sheekey,and Balthazar
- Partner with GMs,Operations Managers,and department heads to understand workforce needs and deliver timely hiring solutions
- Manage high volumes of vacancies,ensuring a consistent pipeline of quality candidates
- Use Talent Funnel (ATS) to manage applicant tracking,data reporting,and process optimisation
- Champion structured interviews and promote inclusive hiring practices
- Attend site visits regularly to build strong relationships and gain an understanding of each restaurant’s unique culture
- Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives where needed
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in high-volume recruitment,ideally within hospitality,luxury retail,or similar fast-paced environments
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the confidence to influence and guide hiring managers
- Hands-on,proactive,and solutions-focused – no task is too big or too small
- Previous experience using an ATS (Talent Funnel experience is a plus)
- Collaborative,energetic and a true team player
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines with a calm,positive approach
