Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Hours: 16.5 hours per week (includes approx. 1 sleep-ins)
Salary: £12.40
Sleep-in rate: £55.00 per shift
Make a Real Difference
The Lily Housing Project provides safe, supportive homes for young people aged 16–21. We're looking for caring, reliable Support Workers to help young people grow in confidence, learn life skills, and move towards independence.
What You’ll Do
- Support young people with everyday tasks like cooking, cleaning, shopping, and attending appointments
- Help them access education, training, or work
- Support with practical needs like budgeting, benefits, and ID
- Encourage independence, confidence, and positive choices
- Keep clear records and maintain property standards
- Build strong, supportive relationships
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in care is helpful but not essential – full training is provided
- A positive attitude, patience, and commitment to helping others
- Good communication and resilience
- A driver with a vehicle and business insurance
