Salary: £38,220 - £39,152 per annum pro rata
Hours: 32 hours per week

About this opportunity
Cumberland Council is looking for a dedicated Supervisor to lead a team within our Extra Care Housing service. You’ll play a key role in managing staff, ensuring service excellence, and supporting individuals across the community. This is a varied and rewarding role where you’ll oversee recruitment, training, and performance, while working closely with the registered manager to maintain high standards of care.
We’re seeking someone with strong leadership experience, excellent communication and ICT skills, and a background in care planning and staff supervision. An NVQ Level 3 in Team Leading or Leadership & Management is essential.
