Job Opportunity: Supervisor, GP Practice
Fixed Term Contract – 12 Months (Maternity Leave Cover)
We are seeking an enthusiastic Supervisor to join our established team.
Main duties of the job
You will be working closely with our Assistant Manager, deputising in their absence and will be jointly responsible for the GP Surgery performance.
You will need to have the ability to work with a great degree of autonomy and think on your feet to deal with enquiries and make day-to-day decisions without referral to the line manager, who will be available to assist with the more complicated issues.
Role Requirements
- Previous Supervisory and/or General Practice Experience
- Clear thinking and have an analytical approach
- Able to work as part of a team, to promote a good team spirit
- Able to be sensitive and assertive as appropriate
- Be motivated and able to work independently
- Ability to speak Welsh and English
- Salary will depend on experience
