Summer Sports Coach – Holiday Camps (Stevenage Area)
Pay: £11–£13 per hour (depending on experience & qualifications)
Camp Hours: 9:00am – 3:00pm | Camps run from end of July through August

We're looking for dynamic and confident Sports Coaches to join our professional and friendly team, delivering multi-sport sessions at our popular Summer Holiday Camps in the Stevenage area.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Leading groups of children (Reception to Year 6) in fun, inclusive, and energetic sports activities
- Creating a safe and encouraging environment where children can learn new skills and stay active
- Supporting and collaborating with another coach on-site, with delegated tasks and shared responsibilities
- Representing our ethos of getting kids fit, active and healthy – while smiling, laughing and having FUN!
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong coaching ability across a variety of sports (e.g., football, athletics, dodgeball, etc.)
- Experience working with children in a school, camp or sports setting
- Ability to lead, motivate and manage a group independently
- Current First Aid, Enhanced DBS and Safeguarding certifications (must be able to present certificates)
- Positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a real passion for making a difference
When & Where:
- Camps run weekdays from the end of July through August
- Hours: 9:00am – 3:00pm
- Locations are within the Stevenage area
Pay & Perks:
- £11 – £13 per hour (based on qualifications and successful performance in our 1st and 2nd stage interviews)
