With our third studio launching in early 2026, this is your chance to be part of an exciting expansion story while leading sales operations across both our Manchester locations.
The Role
As our Studio Sales Supervisor, you'll be the driving force behind our front-of-house excellence and sales growth, splitting your time between our Chapel St and Ancoats studios.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Leading sales strategy - executing marketing campaigns and smashing monthly targets
- Managing member journeys - from NEWIES to member onboarding and retention
- Building community - organizing events and maintaining our strong member engagement
- Developing your team - recruiting, training, and motivating front-of-house staff
- Driving conversions - following up leads via email, phone, and social media
- Ensuring operational excellence - overseeing daily operations, cleaning, and maintenance
- Staying connected - participating in our workout programs and training initiatives
Who You Are:
- Sales-driven with 2+ years experience in customer service/sales (boutique fitness preferred)
- Goal-oriented self-starter who thrives on targets and KPIs
- People leader with strong communication and team management skills
- Organized multi-tasker who can juggle operations across two locations
- Community-minded and passionate about fitness and wellness
