We are looking for a dynamic Full-Time Stylist & Studio Executive to join our team.
Silk & Maple is an award winning modern bridal studio known for creating unforgettable, personal experiences for every bride who walks through our doors - and we would love to find someone who is ready to take on this incredibly vital role in a woman’s life. We take our stylist responsibility so seriously and so we need someone who is energetic, passionate and dedicated to surpassing brides expectations, every-single-time!
We are looking for someone who thrives in a client-focused environment and loves to connect with people from a variety of walks of life. We are a small - but growing team - you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional bridal appointments, elevating the client journey with an effective communication style, and helping shape our brand through creative marketing and content.
We require someone who is prepared to roll up their sleeves with the nitty gritty behind the scenes work - a true team player is vital to this position; this is how we keep our experience exceptional! Also to note, the job is quite physical such as lifting (heavier than they seem) dresses and boxes.
Key Responsibilities
- Conducting bridal & bridesmaids appointments with warmth, confidence, and professionalism
- Acting as a key brand ambassador—both in-person and online
- Providing expert advice and guidance to brides throughout their journey
- Assisting with day-to-day studio operations to ensure a seamless client experience
- Supporting and creatively assisting marketing, including social media content, events, and collaborations
- Contributing to the visual merchandising and upkeep of the studio
Who We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate will be:
- Highly organised and able to manage multiple tasks with ease
- Confident and personable, with a natural ability to connect with clients
- Passionate about weddings and bridal fashion, style, and storytelling
- Comfortable and confident computer literacy, and understanding of social media platforms especially
- Presentable and professional with exceptional communication skills both verbally & written
Self-motivated and happy to get stuck in with behind the scenes duties, to enable the studio to keep running efficiently.

Working Schedule & Benefits
The role is working 5 days per week within the studio this will include working weekends, and Thursday evenings.
The role will be paid per hour as the working times can vary depending on the appointment schedule.

Qualifications & Skills Requirements:
- English GSCE C or above
- Maths GCSE C or above
- Computer literacy
- Social media proficiency
- Customer service (2 years of experience)
- Retail experience preferred but not essential
- Sales experience a bonus but not essentialThe role is working 5 days per week within the studio this will include working weekends, and Thursday evenings.
