Duties

• Supervise and manage daily operations of the retail store, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Lead, motivate, and develop the sales team to achieve sales goals and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Oversee merchandising strategies to optimise product presentation and maximise sales opportunities.
• Conduct regular training sessions for staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service excellence.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock management to ensure product availability.
• Handle administrative tasks including scheduling, reporting, and performance evaluations.
• Maintain high standards of store cleanliness and organisation.
• Foster a welcoming atmosphere for customers by demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills.

Requirements

• Proven experience in retail management or supervisory roles is essential.
• Strong leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; multilingual or bilingual abilities are advantageous.
• Demonstrated experience in sales management with a focus on achieving targets.
• Proficient in merchandising techniques and time management skills.
• Strong organisational abilities with attention to detail in administrative tasks.
