Summary
At Zest, we are looking for a super strong Administrator to join our ever-growing and award-winning Bath Branch as a Student Tenancy Coordinator. The candidate will be someone with a winning personality; bright, meticulous, highly organised, and self-motivated. You will work alongside a small but talented, conscientious team to help the business grow and continually provide great customer service to everyone you deal with. You will work closely with our Head of Student Operations to deliver this role.

Please note this is an office based (non-hybrid working) role to meet the specific operational needs of the business. The office is a warm and welcoming place to work and suits someone who is a team player, works well in a fast-paced environment and possesses exceptional administration and customer service skills. You will need to be a dynamic individual, able to juggle and switch between numerous CRM systems and processes without being fazed.
No two days will ever be the same, but we have outlined some of the main responsibilities of this role below.
- Work closely with the New Lets team to prepare marketing materials for properties, ready for advertising
- Communicate with interested tenants, and work with your team to successfully ‘let’ a portfolio of over 300 student properties
- Be on hand to answer any questions from student tenants and their guarantors
- Complete student and guarantor referencing checks
- Process tenancy applications with attention to detail and great customer service
- Conduct Right to rent checks.
- Ensure all paperwork is correct and tenancy agreements have been signed to facilitate a smooth move-in for all parties.
- Liaise with our third-party suppliers, such as UniHomes and Howden Insurance
- Coordinate our Summer, property staging programme
- Complete Student property viewings
- Work closely with the Head of Student Operations to communicate all move in information, check out information, key collection information
In addition to this, you may from time to time be asked to support the New Lets team by:
- Carrying out viewings alongside the team and liaising with tenants and landlords.
- Supporting the marketing/launch of rental properties inc writing descriptions, booking new photos, confirming rental amounts, start dates and TOB’s.
- Supporting the lettings team as required and assisting with holiday cover
- Supporting the team with ongoing canvassing and business development.
Salary: £25k - £30k DOE... Plus team commissions!!

Monday to Thursday 9am to 6pm Friday 9am to 5pm (Occasional Saturdays may need to be worked with time off in lieu given during the week)

Pay: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
