We partner with a leading student recruitment agency, supporting learners to access widening participation universities across England. Specialising in helping students take alternative pathways into higher education, this agency guides students from first enquiry through to successful enrolment.
The Role
Seeking experienced Student Recruitment Consultants to join a fast growing team. This role has an opportunity to earn uncapped commission on top of a base salary.
You will be responsible for:
- Sourcing and supporting prospective students from your existing network
- Explaining university opportunities, entry routes and funding options
- Referring students so that they can be assisted by Admissions Managers
- Collaborating with an expert Admissions team to secure enrolments
- Meeting agreed referral and conversion targets
Requirements
To be considered, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Previous experience as a Student Recruitment Consultant (for a university, college, or education agency)
- Based in the UK
- Have an existing pool of UK domestic students who are eligible for studying in UK universities
- Proven track record of successfully placing students into UK universities via another agency
- Strong communication and networking skills
- Target-driven and able to work independently
