Sports Activity Coach (Primary Schools)
Location: Colchester + nearby areas
Hours: 20 hours/week | Split shifts
Pay: £10.00–£12.21 per hour

We’re looking for energetic, reliable individuals with sports coaching experience to run fun, engaging sessions as part of our wraparound care provision in primary schools.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead before-school, lunchtime and after-school activity sessions
- Deliver structured and inclusive coaching for children aged 4–11
- Ensure a safe and engaging environment
- Be part of holiday camps (optional during school holidays)
What You’ll Need:
- Aged 18+ (Ofsted/insurance requirement)
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
- A minimum of one Level 2 NGB sports qualification and/or equivalent teaching qualification
- Experience coaching or leading groups of children
- Confident in session planning and behaviour management
- Valid (or willingness to obtain) enhanced DBS
