Job Summary
We are seeking a semi skilled or skilled Baker to join our family owned Craft Bakery which has been in business since 1934.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and bake a wide range of bread, rolls, cakes, pastries, and other baked goods
- Follow recipes and adhere to food safety standards
- Operate baking equipment such as ovens, mixers and dough dividers
- Monitor oven temperatures and baking times
- Decorate and present baked goods in an appealing manner
- Maintain a clean and organised workspace
- Assist in ordering and managing inventory of baking supplies
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Baker would be beneficial
- Knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment
- Understanding of food safety practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £26,000.00-£29,000.00 per year
