Job Summary
Northern Door Security Group are recruiting for Door Supervisors to join us and work as a Door Supervisor in a PUB located in Clitheroe.
Responsibilities
- Monitor the entrance and exit points to ensure only authorised individuals gain access.
- Conduct regular patrols of the premises to deter and detect any suspicious activity.
- Utilise CCTV systems effectively to monitor activities within the venue.
- Implement loss prevention strategies to minimise theft and damage.
- Respond promptly to incidents, providing first aid when necessary, and liaising with emergency services as required.
- Maintain detailed records of incidents, observations, and actions taken during shifts.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations, as well as licensing laws.
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting patrons and addressing any concerns or queries they may have.
Experience & Recruitments
- Previous experience (2 Years) in a security role is required.
- Speak fluent English.
- Knowledge of loss prevention strategies is highly advantageous.
- Valid SIA
- Strong communication skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure are crucial for success in this role.

Pay: £12.50-£14.50 per hour
