St Andrews Links is a dynamic organisation responsible for the world’s most renowned public golf complex. Recognised globally as the Home of Golf, St Andrews Links is home to the iconic Old Course, six other award-winning courses, a state-of-the-art Golf Academy, three Clubhouses, and five retail stores.

We are currently seeking a Shops Team Leader to join our retail team on a permanent basis. This is a hands-on leadership role, supporting the Shops Manager in overseeing a team of Sales Associates and Visual Merchandising Associates across at least two of our retail outlets.

Working closely with the Shops Manager, and in line with the strategic direction set by the Head of Retail, you will play a key role in helping deliver annual sales targets, maintaining high operational standards, and ensuring exceptional service for our customers.

The successful candidate will:

• Be passionate about delivering an outstanding customer experience in a fast-paced environment.

• Have proven experience in the retail industry, ideally within a supervisory or team leader position.

• Be self-motivated, organised, and committed to driving sales performance and team engagement.

• Support the visual merchandising strategy to uphold the world-class presentation of St Andrews Links’ retail stores.
