Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Laundry Attendant to join our team on a Glamping pod site. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organisation in the laundry area, ensuring efficient operations to meet the business standards.
Duties:
- Sorting, washing, drying, and folding linens and towels
- Operating laundry equipment such as washers, dryers
- Checking for stains and damaged items before laundering
- Maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies and linens
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations in handling chemicals and equipment
Skills:
- Previous experience in laundry services preferred but full training can be given
- Attention to detail to maintain high standards of cleanliness
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Good physical stamina for standing, bending, and lifting throughout the shift
- Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively
