Preference will be given to applicants skilled in MIG/TIG welding, fabrication, and operating CNC machinery such as Tekcel, Multicam, Titan fibre laser, press brakes, Carveco, and Enroute. We recognize that candidates may not possess all these skills; therefore, we welcome applications from individuals with any of the listed qualifications and varied relevant experience. Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain sheet metal fabrication equipment, including TIG and MIG welders
- Cut, shape, and assemble sheet metal parts according to specifications
- Use hand tools and machinery for grinding and finishing tasks
- Collaborate with team members to ensure quality standards and meet project deadlines
- Take precise measurements and perform calculations during fabrication
- Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment
Overview: As a Sheet Metal Worker, you will play a vital role in fabricating and assembling metal components by applying your mechanical skills and sheet metal expertise. Reporting to the Production Supervisor, you will utilize basic math, hand tools, and advanced welding techniques to produce high-quality work. Your proficiency in grinding and shaping materials will be essential in meeting project specifications.
