We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Service Advisor and Parts person to join our dealership at Berry BMW Chiswick
The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing exceptional customer service while assisting them with their automotive needs. This role requires a blend of mechanical knowledge and strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with clients and ensure their satisfaction.
Duties
- Greet customers warmly and ascertain their service needs.
- Provide detailed explanations of services offered, including maintenance and repair options.
- Upsell additional services or products based on customer needs and vehicle condition.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, service requests, and transactions.
- Collaborate with technicians to ensure timely and effective service delivery.
- Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and developments to provide informed recommendations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a customer service role, within the automotive industry.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to build rapport with customers.
- Mechanical knowledge is advantageous for understanding customer needs and providing accurate advice.
- Ability to upsell services effectively while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with a keen attention to detail.
