We are looking for a Service Administrator Deliver accurate and efficient processing of service related administration on a daily basis, while providing base level cover for Workshop Coordinator when required.


Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Manage work in progress to ensure all jobs are raised and closed in line with requirements
  • Accurately process job sheets through to invoiced stage checking all details
  • Loading parts on to jobs & process goods receipting
  • Process engineer time sheets to ensure payroll and work in progress are accurate
  • Process annual tank test sheets and reports
  • Raise and follow up of purchase order numbers when required
  • Review and raise credits when required within authorisation limits
  • Secure purchase order numbers from customers as required
  • Collate, amend and verify warranty documentation in readiness for claim submission
  • Ensure portals, databases and registers are always up to date
  • Support and provide cover for workshop coordinator regarding vehicle check in, bookings and scheduling
  • Ownership of service department document filing, both digital and hard copies.
  • Any other duties as defined by the line manager when required

  • Good communication skills and the ability to work on your own initiative
  • Be an effective team player and actively contribute to our continual improvement culture
  • Computer Literate including all MS Office Applications
  • Self- motivation and a positive attitude
  • Strong organisational and process skills
  • Previous experience of a customer service role advantageous
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritise work load
