Graham Hygiene Services are looking to recruit a Service Administrator based at our head office in Blairgowrie. We specialise in kitchen extraction cleaning, air supply and extract cleaning, kitchen deep cleaning, washroom services, house clearances and PAT Testing. We have a team of 30 staff are looking to grow our client base, while providing the best levels of customer service for our existing clients. This role will be fast paced, however very rewarding. The role is from Monday to Thursday, 8am-5pm, Friday 8am-4pm (39 hours per week).
Responsibilities
- Assisting our customers to schedule jobs in the diary and to call and schedule our work for the coming weeks.
- Producing KPI's for our management team on a daily basis.
- Prospecting new clients via telephone and passing them over to our surveyors to provide quotation.
- Assisting our sales team with documents processed and ensuring all information in uploaded to our systems.
- Providing pro-forma invoices and sending them to customers.
- Completing and filing reports to be sent to our clients.
- Sending recommendations to our clients for additional services or additional requirements as required.
Skills Required
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Package, including Outlook, Word and Excel.
- Excellent computing skills are required, as we use a custom CRM system that will require training.
- Fantastic customer service skills, including a great telephone manner.
- Previous experience of working in a fast paced office is advantageous, however not essential.
Full training will be provided which will include time with our technicians to have an understanding of the work we carry out.
