Nuco Solutions are currently seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Supervisor to join a leading social housing contractor operating across North West London. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong background in repairs and disrepair works within the social housing sector, looking to take the next step in their leadership career.
As Senior Supervisor, you will oversee and support a team of three Supervisors, ensuring the effective delivery of high-quality repair and disrepair services across properties in Enfield, Barnet, and Brent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage, mentor, and support three Supervisors and their teams to deliver efficient and compliant repair services.
- Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure works are completed to a high standard, within deadlines and budget.
- Ensure health & safety compliance across all sites and activities.
- Liaise with clients, tenants, and internal teams to address any concerns or escalations.
- Monitor KPIs and performance metrics, implementing improvements where necessary.
- Conduct regular site visits and inspections to maintain service quality and compliance.
- Provide reports and updates to senior management as required.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a supervisory or senior supervisory role within social housing repairs and disrepair.
- Strong knowledge of property maintenance, property repairs, and health & safety regulations.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple teams and priorities effectively.
- Full UK driving licence
