We are seeking a SEO specialist to complement our growth with their individual knowledge, ability to collaborate and communicate effectively, and desire to contribute ideas.
Your role will involve working alongside our talented team of SEO specialists, in-house writers and developers to execute effective organic strategies.
Working hours:
4 day working week
Monday – Thursday: 8am–5pm or 9am–6pm

Responsibilities –
Lead on initial and ongoing strategy implementation for select clients, taking responsibility for achieving results and project traction
- Helping to implement SEO strategies for lead generation & E-commerce clients
- Daily monitoring of client progress rankings/traffic changes to inform priorities
- Keeping our project management system updated to track progress of tasks
- Caring about our client results, and proactively suggesting new ideas
- Work closely with our content and design teams to ensure the creation of engaging content and new landing pages to support marketing goals
- Uploading and editing website content on a variety of CMS, primarily WordPress & Shopify
- Auditing and analysing client projects and making on-page adjustments to drive results
- Topical and content research and competitor analysis to make informed decisions
- Working with various SEO software e.g SEMrush, AHREFs, Screaming Frog, Google Analytics & Search Console
- Identifying and fixing technical website errors, and escalating to our in-house Developers when required
- Support account managers with ongoing client requests and focus areas
- Help prepare monthly reporting to required clients
Requirements and Skills –
- Evidence of working on previous successful SEO campaigns in an agency or in-house environment for at least 2 years
- Highly motivated with a strong work ethic, and ability to take ownership of tasks and clients independently
- Understanding of the main principles of SEO best practices
- Confident, professional verbal and written communicator
- Good time management skills to handle multiple clients with changing tasks and priorities
- Have strong research and data analysis skills
- Prioritise tasks effectively in line with the client’s goals
- Good commercial understanding and awareness of various industries
- High attention to detail
- Experience in managing multiple projects effectively
- Previous experience leading a small team would be beneficial
- Experience mentoring and upskilling other team members
