The Role: Senior Key Worker
As a Senior Key Worker, you will play a vital leadership role within our team — supporting vulnerable children, guiding staff, and ensuring every child receives the best possible care.
Your imput will be required with:
- Designing and delivering personalised care plans based on individual needs
- Offering emotional support and building strong, trusting relationships with the children
- Monitoring progress, maintaining accurate records, and reporting to the management team
- Collaborating with health professionals and external agencies to deliver holistic care
- Leading by example, always upholding company values
What We're Looking For
We’re seeking someone with both the heart and the skill to lead care delivery with excellence:
- Proven experience in a similar senior care/support role is essential
- NVQ Level 3 in Childrens Residential child care
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- A team player with the initiative to work independently
- Deep compassion, patience, and a genuine desire to uplift others
