About the role
We’re seeking an experienced and driven Senior Lettings Co-ordinator to take a supportive role in managing our lettings operations at Greenway Property Ltd. Building on strong lettings experience, you’ll be responsible for achieving sales targets, negotiating tenancy terms, managing contracts, and nurturing long term client relationships.
This is a hands-on, supervisor/senior level role that combines customer service excellence with commercial insight. You’ll not only support the management of the day-to-day lettings process but also ensure revenue growth, compliance, and high tenant satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee all property listings across platforms such as SpareRoom, OpenRent, council channels, and other suitable advertising methods.
- Proactively source, qualify, and secure tenants for shared living environments, ensuring suitability for both property and tenant community.
- Take full ownership of sales targets, implementing strategies to maximise occupancy and revenue.
- Negotiate tenancy terms and rental agreements to achieve the best possible outcomes for the company and clients.
- Manage and oversee the execution of tenancy contracts, ensuring legal compliance and accuracy.
- Deliver outstanding client relationship management, acting as the main point of contact for landlords, council partners, and corporate clients.
- Oversee short-term bookings for council and corporate guests, ensuring efficient check-in and check-out processes.
- Resolve tenant and guest issues swiftly, working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure positive outcomes.
- Support property and housekeeping teams with visits, inspections, and liaison with maintenance teams, suppliers, and landlords to address issues.
- Log and manage complaints professionally from report to resolution, keeping all parties informed.
- Utilise company systems (including COHO, and Office 365) to manage bookings, contracts, and workflow efficiently.
- Ensure full compliance with all policies, procedures, and legal requirements, maintaining ARLA professional standards.
- Support junior lettings staff, sharing knowledge and best practices.
- Represent the company in a professional manner, always upholding Greenway Property Ltd’s values and reputation.
Requirements
- ARLA qualified (Association of Residential Letting Agents) or willingness to work towards. (Salary amendments may apply for non-qualified candidates)
- Proven experience in lettings or property management, ideally in a senior or supervisory role.
- Strong sales skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Excellent negotiation and contract management skills.
- Outstanding communication, relationship management, and problem-solving abilities.
- Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365. Experience with COHO desirable.
- Full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle (mileage and pre-agreed expenses covered).
