In this role, you will play a pivotal role in delivering ESG and sustainability advisory projects and driving business growth, lead client engagements, manage workstreams independently, mentor junior staff, and contribute to the strategic development of ESG service offerings. This role is ideal for a professional with proven ESG consulting experience and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and complex projects. - Lead ESG and sustainability advisory projects or significant workstreams.
- Develop ESG strategies, policies, and implementation roadmaps tailored to client needs.
- Conduct ESG risk assessments, materiality analyses, and scenario planning exercises.
- Present and defend recommendations to clients, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Contribute to proposal development and client pitches.
- Identify opportunities for ESG advisory services and support the growth of the ESG service line.
- Mentor and guide junior team members in project delivery and technical skills.
- Ensure high-quality outputs across all deliverables and client interactions.
- Lead preparation of ESG disclosures, reports, and communications aligned with global standards.
- Ensure ESG reporting meets client, regulatory, and stakeholder expectations.
- Contribute to thought leadership initiatives, publications, and internal knowledge-sharing.
- Maintain awareness of ESG trends, regulatory developments, and emerging frameworks.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Business, Economics, or related discipline.
- 6–8 years of ESG or sustainability consulting experience.
- Proven experience in client-facing roles with independent workstream management.
- Strong knowledge of ESG frameworks (e.g., TCFD, GRI, SASB, CSRD, SFDR, SBTi) and regulatory requirements.
- Strong leadership, mentoring, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to handle multiple projects and deliver high-quality outcomes.
