Description
At Stint, we’re transforming how hospitality businesses operate through intelligent, data-powered tools. As our Senior Product Manager for data, you’ll focus on the development and impact of our data products. You’ll be part of our Product-Engineering leadership team, working with the CTO to guide our overall data product strategy, ensure it is integrated into the broader product strategy, and drive delivery of the resultant data product roadmap. Day-to-day you’ll work closely with our data scientists and ML engineers to ensure the team is working effectively to build the data products our customers need.This role is for someone who’s extremely organised, fluent with data, and eager to transform hospitality by leading the delivery of Stint’s intelligent data products.
We are an office-first, collaborative team and this role is based in Camden 5 days a week.
What you will be doing:
- Work closely with the CTO and senior data scientists to define innovative data products that ensure Stint remains at the cutting edge of intelligent hospitality management.
- Prioritise work that delivers customer value while supporting Stint’s vision and long-term product direction.
- Manage the delivery of the roadmap for our data products, taking innovative data products from an initial idea to putting them in the hands of our users.
- Once users have our new data products, refine and evolve the product based on user feedback and usage-based insights.
- Promote collaboration between our software engineering and data teams to ensure problems are being solved end-to-end for our users.
- Work closely with our platform engineers and data engineers to ensure scalable, secure, and performant data infrastructure.
- Deeply understand user needs by leading workshops with customers and internal teams to gather qualitative feedback whilst exploring product usage data to gather quantitative insights.

- You have a foundational understanding of statistics and machine learning.
- You have a foundational understanding of software development and data engineering fundamentals.
- You’re comfortable with data analysis and enjoy exploring datasets to generate insights.
