The Crisis Resolution Intensive Support Service (CRISS) is a dynamic and flexible service which offers 24/7 crisis assessments and home-based treatment for working age adults across the city. The service is currently under a period of development to bring together both sides of the service in localities across the city and in line with Core Fidelity standards. We’re looking for skilled senior practitioners who can help shape the service going forward.

You will also work closely with inpatient and community services, providing an excellent alternative to inpatient admission and supporting in transitions points for services users to community services.

It is essential that applicants hold a full driver’s license and have access to vehicle for work purposes.

We recruit people based on their values and qualifications (where required) and believe that their lived experience is an advantage, this means that together we are as diverse as the communities we care for. Simply put, when we employ caring people who act with integrity and have the right skills, we can give those with mental health challenges, learning disabilities and neurodiversity high-quality care and support to live fulfilling lives, and make our staff feel purposeful, happy and valued.
