** About the Role: **
As a Senior Carer, you will take a leading role in delivering care and support to our residents, ensuring their dignity, independence, and wellbeing are at the heart of everything you do. You’ll work closely with both residents and staff to create a safe, comfortable, and caring home environment.
** Responsibilities: **
Provide personal care and support with sensitivity and compassion, assist in the development and implementation of personalised care plans.
Lead by example and support junior care staff
Administer medication in line with care plans and procedures
Promote dignity, choice, and respect for every resident
Communicate effectively with residents, families, and health professionals
** About You: **
Experience in a care setting is preferred
A kind, respectful, and patient nature is essential
NVQs are preferred
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Reliable, responsible, and passionate about caring for others
