Role Overview
We are looking for a Junior Customer Service Advisor to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for clients, helping to resolve queries, provide information about our services, and support the sales and marketing teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound client communications via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve client queries promptly.
- Support the marketing and sales teams by providing client feedback and insights.
- Maintain accurate client records and update databases regularly.
- Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks as required.
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not essential.
