Pay: £15.86 per hour
Hours: 60 hours a week Monday to Friday

Job Description


Responsibilities

You’ll play a vital part in keeping people, property, and information safe. That includes:

  • Monitor and control access to client premises, ensuring only authorized personnel are admitted
  • Carry out regular patrols and inspections to deter and detect suspicious activity
  • Respond swiftly to alarms and emergencies, acting decisively and calmly
  • Provide excellent customer service while maintaining a strong security presence
  • Write clear, accurate incident reports and maintain security logs
  • Operate security systems and surveillance equipment as required
  • Ensure compliance with site-specific procedures and protocols

Qualifications


What we’re looking for:

We’re looking for someone who sees a different world—someone who values teamwork, shows initiative, and wants to grow. Ideally, you’ll have:

  • SIA Licence
  • CCTV Licence
  • Minimum 3 years experience
  • Previous experience in a security, military, or law enforcement role is desirable
  • Strong observational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to stay calm and focused under pressure
  • Professional appearance and attitude
  • Flexibility to work various shifts including nights and weekends
