Job Title: K9 Security Dog Handler
Location: London E16
Pay Rate: £14.50 per hour
Shift pattern: 4 on 4 off - Nights ( 1900 - 0700 Monday to Sunday)
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate both externally and internally from a small on-site cabin (with CCTV; toilet facilities currently out of use).
- Monitor and respond to CCTV systems to ensure site security.
- Carry out regular patrols of the industrial estate.
- Maintain high standards of customer service at all times.
- Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, when interacting with late-night workers on the estate.
- Report any incidents, issues, or concerns promptly to the site manager and client.
Requirements:
- NASDU Level 2 GP accreditation (must be current and valid)
- Up-to-date vet records for the working dog
- Vehicle equipped for K9 duties
- A valid SIA Licence
- Demonstrable experience in working within a security dog handler role
- Excellent communication and observation skills
