We are looking for a Security Control Room Operative who is flexible to work Days as well as Nights - for our 24 hours manned security control room. General Control Room duties are, but not limited to :-
- Receive and monitor all incoming/outgoing phone calls.
- Maintain a log of all activities and action all requests for alarm attendance to our clients’ properties.
- Liaise with our customers and escalate call information to supervisors when needed.
- Monitor welfare check calls for all client/company sites.
- Effectively and efficiently manage messages and ensure they are passed onto the relevant person/s.
- Monitor remote CCTV site images and take the appropriate actions.
- Issue, receive and administer keys.
- Shift Pattern = 4 Days/Nights On (05:30 – 17:30 / 17:30 – 05:30 hours) / 4 Days/Nights Off.
- Salary = £24,090 approximately. (Based on an hourly rate of £11.00 per hour)
- Holiday = 19.5 days per annum
- Must have a SIA Front Line Security License. Door Supervisor or Security Guarding.
- Immediate start available.

- Must be flexible to cover holidays and emergencies.
- Must be able to work well with others and lead by example.
- Using of own initiative.
- Must have a good work ethic.
