Overview:
We’re looking for a reliable and proactive Caretaker to support the Head of Facilities Management in maintaining a safe, secure, and welcoming environment across the site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as key holder and manage site security
- Carry out minor repairs, maintenance, and emergency cleaning
- Oversee contractors and assist with lettings/events setup
- Operate building systems (heating, CCTV, alarms)
- Manage deliveries and stock levels
- Support health & safety procedures
- Occasional minibus checks/driving
