Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients through effective communication and customer service.
- Identify potential business opportunities and generate leads through networking and market research.
- Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase our offerings.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns.
- Utilize Salesforce for tracking sales activities, managing accounts, and reporting on performance metrics.
- Provide technical sales support by understanding product specifications and addressing client inquiries.
- Analyze market trends to identify areas for growth and improvement in sales strategies.
