Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth through effective communication and relationship-building with clients. This role requires a strong understanding of B2B sales, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to negotiate effectively. As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Schedule: Part-time, 2-3 days per week with flexible hours available between 9 am and 6 pm.
- Commission: This is a commission-based position with uncapped earning potential. Your hard work directly translates to your income.
- Location: Caversham, Reading.
Responsibilities
- Develop relationships with new and existing clients to drive sales growth.
- Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities and target customers.
- Present products and services to clients, highlighting their benefits and value propositions.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring customer needs are met.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status using IT systems.
- Manage time effectively to meet sales targets and deadlines while organising daily tasks efficiently.
Experience
- Proven experience in B2B sales or a related field is preferred.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, to engage effectively with clients.
- Demonstrated customer service experience, showcasing the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Proficient in IT tools.
- Strong organisational skills with effective time management capabilities to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
