What You'll Be Doing
- Guide new merchants and partners through the information gathering process around the products and their offerings
- Act as a customer champion, offering expert advice on our product offerings and the broader payments ecosystem.
- Collect information on the customer and ensure that you are making the right recommendations for each bespoke case
- Deliver product demonstrations of the software and hardware
- Deliver quotes and negotiate pricing plans
About You
- Excellent communicator with strong written, verbal, and listening skills.
- Able to collaborate cross-functionally and translate customer needs
- Skilled at juggling multiple projects and priorities in a fast-moving environment.
- A natural problem-solver with strong critical thinking skills.
- Customer-focused with the ability to build and maintain relationships internally and externally.
- Strong history in exceeding weekly and monthly KPIs
