Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to drive sales growth.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand their needs.
- Present and demonstrate products or services to clients, highlighting their benefits and features.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively while ensuring client satisfaction.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for lead generation.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status using CRM software.
- Manage time efficiently to meet deadlines and achieve sales targets while staying organised.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in private domestic sales or a similar role is preferred.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- A background in customer service is highly desirable.
- Proficient in IT applications relevant to the role, including CRM software.
- Strong organisational skills with effective time management abilities.
