Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about building client relationships and driving business growth. You will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing client accounts, and increasing sales across our courier, freight, and storage services. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of B2B sales processes, excellent negotiation skills, and a proactive approach to customer engagement.
Duties
- Conduct outside sales activities to identify and acquire new clients while nurturing existing accounts.
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and direct outreach.
- Promote and upsell courier, freight, and storage services to maximize revenue.
- Develop and execute strategic business development plans to expand market presence.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities using CRM software (e.g., Open CRM).
- Analyze sales data and market trends to inform strategy and reporting.
- Deliver product demonstrations and presentations tailored to client needs.
- Prepare detailed sales forecasts and performance reports for management.
- Collaborate with the director to shape sales strategies and campaigns
Experience
- Proven experience in outside sales, with a strong track record in B2B sales environments.
- Familiarity with account management practices and territory management techniques.
- Experience in technology sales or technical sales is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in using CRM software for lead generation and customer relationship management.
- Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication abilities.
- Background in retail sales or direct sales is a plus, along with experience in conducting product demos.
- Demonstrated analytical skills to assess market conditions and adjust strategies accordingly.
