Are you a commercially driven leader ready to drive strategic growth for a rapidly expanding brand in the luxury space? We’re seeking a Sales & Market Growth Director to spearhead UK and international market expansion, lead commercial partnerships, and elevate brand presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead global sales strategy across B2B, B2C, and online channels.
- Identify and capitalise on new revenue streams, market segments, and partnership opportunities.
- Create and manage annual sales targets, KPIs, and forecasts.
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Operations teams to align commercial goals.
- Cultivate strong relationships with global buyers, distributors, and stakeholders.
- Drive market expansion through data-led insights and customer behaviour analysis.
What We’re Looking For:
- 7+ years in sales leadership, preferably within high-end consumer goods or interiors.
- Proven track record in scaling businesses and launching into new markets.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- A balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
- Passion for design and luxury lifestyle sectors.
