Overview:
Marvellous Greens and Beans is expanding its reach and seeking a results-driven Sales and Marketing Lead to accelerate subscriber growth and secure B2B clients. This role focuses on acquiring individual customers for our fresh produce box subscriptions and building relationships with offices and businesses for bespoke deliveries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute targeted campaigns to acquire new subscription customers via digital, local, and partnership channels
- Identify and pursue B2B opportunities including offices, co-working spaces, and hospitality clients
- Pitch, negotiate, and close deals for one-off and recurring orders with corporate clients
- Optimise the subscriber sales funnel using data-driven methods and conversion tracking
- Collaborate with operations team to ensure service alignment with sales commitments
- Develop promotional content and offers to support customer acquisition and retention
- Monitor performance against KPIs and report regularly on progress and opportunities
Required Skills and Experience:
- Proven track record in sales and/or marketing roles, ideally in food, FMCG, or subscription services
- Knowledge and understanding of Google Ads
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and metrics (Klaviyo, Google Ads, Social Media Marketing)
- Confident communicator, both written and verbal
- Highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently and drive measurable outcomes
- Proficiency in use of social media
