A Sales Enquiries and Client Acquisition Co-ordinator part time, based at our Office in Stoke, Plymouth.
Monday, Tuesday & Fridays 9:30am-2:40pm (which includes a10min unpaid break)
£9,555 Per Annum (Part time) All Year Round.15hrs a week @ £12.25p/h.Located at our office PL3 4BB Plymouth.

This is more than just a job – it’s a chance to be part of something special here at Water Babies Cornwall & South Devon. Our amazing team of 15 staff, teaching over 900 families a week from Penzance to Newton Abbott across our 12 gorgeous pool venues.
We are preferably looking for someone who has previous experience with sales and call handling in a team environment. They need to have great organisational skills and effective communication skills to clearly co-ordinate with the team.
Main Responsibilities:
- To develop positive, trusting relationships with clients
- To handle inbound customer enquiries and engage with them with the aim of converting them into customers
- To be pro-active at dealing with customer enquiries to ensure they have the best experience with us as possible to maximise customer acquisition
- To identify the potential for each enquiry and convert accordingly
- To build rapport with potential customers on the phone, ensuring an excellent level of customer service
- To coordinate and pro-actively manage incoming enquiries to maximise customer acquisition
- To work alongside the team to help identify where classes need to be filled and where the conversion focus should be
- To be responsible for maximising opportunities for product sales whilst onboarding new customers
- To be responsible for maximising opportunities for photoshoot sales whilst onboarding new customers
- To provide back up and support to the whole team
- Any other duties as may be deemed appropriate.
