Position Summary
Emily Nixon Jewellery specialises in organic, handmade fine jewellery, cast using the lost wax process and finished and set with natural diamonds and sapphires in West Cornwall.
The work captures our eternal connection to natural forms — made to mark life’s most important moments, outlive us, and tell their story forever. A piece from Emily Nixon is a permanent attachment to the earth and sea, a timeless artwork, born from an eternal source and worn for a lifetime.
Our brand reflects and enables this mission. It represents artistry, a raw natural bond to the earth, and the breaking of conventions. At its heart is an authentic connection to the elemental beauty of natural forms, represented meaningfully as pieces of art.
Our studio and workshop team are currently based in the historic White’s warehouse building in Hayle, with a close-knit and collaborative culture. We work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment where everyone chips in to get things done. The team will relocate to a larger, purpose-built space in the centre of Penzance soon, alongside the launch of a new brand identity and website — an exciting time of growth and transformation to join our team.
We are seeking a detail-oriented, client-facing Sales Coordinator to support daily sales operations, nurture customer relationships, and help deliver exceptional service. This role blends studio presentation, client liaison, order coordination, and administrative organisation to keep our sales channels running smoothly.
