About the Role
We’re looking for a proactive and highly organised Sales Coordinator to join our growing team. This is a pivotal role where you’ll manage installation schedules, keep projects running smoothly, and provide outstanding support to clients and colleagues alike.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate Installations: Work with sales managers and clients to schedule vehicle wrapping projects effectively.
- Manage Vehicle Details: Gather and process customer information accurately and on time.
- Keep Systems Updated: Ensure internal systems and records are always up to date.
- Support Customers: Respond to enquiries professionally via phone, email, and website forms.
- Process Orders: Oversee sales orders from confirmation to completion, ensuring smooth handover to design and installation teams.
- Be the Link: Act as a key point of contact between clients, sales, and production teams.
- Assist the Sales Team: Help with follow-ups, meeting arrangements, and project documentation.
About You
- Experienced in sales coordination, administration, or scheduling (ideally in creative, automotive, or logistics industries).
- A clear communicator with excellent written and verbal skills.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple priorities.
- Proficient in CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and scheduling tools.
- A team player who enjoys collaborating across departments.
- Passionate about delivering great customer service and building strong relationships.
- Bonus: Knowledge of vehicle wrapping or branding processes (training provided).
