The Opportunity
We are looking for someone who is passionate about helping our customers thrive but is also customer focused and able to learn quickly. You should have great attention to detail, be highly motivated and driven with the ability to hit the ground running in a challenging, fast paced but rewarding role.
What you will do
With a small and highly skilled team, we are an agile company and change fast. Regardless of our job titles, we all get stuck into whatever is needed and develop a broad range of skills and understanding of the product.
As a Sales and Operations Coordinator, you will start your journey to become a Collums expert from day one. Learning about the product will enable you to perform high converting remote demos, onboard new clients, assist with their setup and provide them with training and on-going support. When you are not converting leads, you will be contributing to marketing activities and content to drive lead generation.
You will work closely with the CEO and the Commercial Director to ensure client expectations are met with a well synchronised team approach to new merchant journeys. There may also be a collaboration to map out developmental improvements to the process in future.
As an early joiner in the Collums journey you will have the opportunity to shape this role and the trajectory of the company. For the right individual this could lead to building and leading the department to serve the expected high growth of Collums.
Responsibilities
- Creating relationships with large organisations and marketing activities to generate leads
- Performing remote demos with a high conversion
- Onboarding new customers inc sending quotes and invoices
- Customer support & engagement
- Creation of marketing content
- Creating/improving processes and creating documentation
- Renewals & encouraging uptake of features.
- Collecting feedback, reporting and analytics
- Ad-hoc administrative tasks
What we are looking for
- Min 2+ years of strong customer service/support/sales experience.
- Experience of CRM/Sales software eg Hubspot or Salesforce
- Tech literate to an independent level inc Excel/spreadsheets.
- A quick learner with curiosity and ability to learn independently.
- Problem solving skills to assess and investigate issues quickly.
- Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
- Excellent verbal communicator and experience in training
- Excellent written communication skills
- Ability to present complex ideas clearly and be engaging
- High level Critical thinking skills
Nice to have
- Familiar with the service industry (ideally aesthetics/medispa)
- Familiar with Google Workspace suite to an independent level
- Previous software onboarding & training role is another big bonus!
