Join our team as a Cash Operations Specialist, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring timely and accurate payments for our global clients. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading industry provider of clearing, custody, operations, and technology solutions.

As a Cash Operations Specialist within EMEA Payments Operations Team, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the Payments Processing Function. You will process multi-currency payments, maintain operational checks and controls, and support various shift patterns to ensure seamless payment operations for our clients.

Job responsibilities:

  • Completes daily payment operations checks and controls in line with procedures.
  • Repairs payment transactions and verifies transactions.
  • Processes manual instructions as needed.
  • Reviews, researches, and processes exceptions in line with procedures.
  • Monitors transaction activity and control settlement timeframes tracking.
  • Leads small-sized projects from time to time in line with Ops efficiency objectives.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • Good interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving, taking ownership of issues and escalating as appropriate.
  • A strong client focus.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • Strong PC and analytical skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft products.
  • Working knowledge of EMEA payment clearings and SWIFT message types.
