Sales Administrator
Our client are a dynamic and growing company who are seeking a talented and motivated Sales Administrator to join our team on a temporary basis. You will play a crucial role in supporting our sales efforts and ensuring smooth operations. We are looking for a detail-oriented and organised Sales Administrator to support our sales team and manage various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have strong organisational skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in order processing, sales administration, and SAP.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and manage customer orders efficiently and accurately using SAP
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely order fulfilment
- Maintain and update customer records and sales databases
- Generate and distribute sales reports and analytics
- Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service
- Assist in the preparation of sales proposals and quotations
- Support the sales team with administrative tasks and documentation
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse team
- Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies
- Collaborate with marketing to ensure alignment of sales and marketing efforts
- Manage and track sales-related expenses and budgets
- Organise and maintain sales-related files and documents
- Assist in the planning and execution of sales meetings and events
- Liaise with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve processes
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales administration or a similar role
- Proficiency in SAP, with a focus on sales and order processing modules
- Strong knowledge of sales administration processes and best practices
- Excellent organiSational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
