Responsibilities

- Prepare sales reports and presentations using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Assist in the preparation of sales proposals and contracts using Microsoft Word.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service to enhance client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Manage schedules, appointments, and correspondence through Microsoft Outlook.
- Conduct market research to assist in identifying new business opportunities.
- Support the team in achieving sales targets by tracking progress and reporting on performance metrics.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales administration or a similar administrative role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Familiarity with Sage or similar accounting software is advantageous.
- Strong understanding of CRM software for effective customer relationship management.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively while prioritising tasks efficiently.
- Strong organisational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Basic IT knowledge to troubleshoot common issues and assist team members as needed.
- A commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
