Pledge Office Chairs Ltd is a well established seating manufacturer, based in Leighton Buzzard. We are looking for a Sales Administrator to join our internal sales team, the ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail as you will be checking all orders to ensure all information is correct and matching the customers purchase order before the order is processed ready for production.

Confirming orders and dealing with any queries with other team members and customers.

Inputting orders onto the in house system, advising customers of delays and problems, checking with production for date improvements.

Answering incoming phone calls and dealing with the enquiry or transferring to correct department

Internal post, ensuring correct postage is applied for the letter or parcel.

Filing orders when completed and archiving at year end.

We are looking for someone who is keen and enthusiastic to learn new skills and develop existing ones, full training will be given to the right applicant.

You will be working in an open plan office within a friendly team that have a wealth of knowledge and experience and will be happy to coach, train and encourage a new member of staff to succeed within the company.

Excellent customer service skills are essential, together with an eye for detail and the ability to multi task.

We offer 28 days holiday including bank holidays, BUPA health insurance after a qualifying period and a company pension scheme, hours of work are 9am - 5pm with an hour for lunch or 9am - 4.30pm with a half hour lunch break.
